These are just a few of many wonderful forms of Yoga, why not try two or three different formats then choose one or two that you feel the most comfortable with.
Allow Yoga to become a part of your lifestyle and you will find, within weeks, how wonderful you can look and feel – yes, the poses may be challenging at first, but before you know it, they will make sense and you will be able to take your Yoga practice to a whole new level.
