Intamplator, unul dintre articole ("Plantele care te mentin mereu verde") vorbeste despre una din ramurile Ayurvedei si anume Rasayana: "Rasayana cuprinde modalitati sau remedii de reintinerire sau tonice. Rasayana confera forta si vitalitate, memorie si inteligenta excelente, iar prin regenerarea la nivelul creierului, mintea si inima sunt la fel de clare la varste inaintate ca si in copilarie."
Va recomand sa-l cititi in nr 4 al revistei din luna septembrie.</description>
