There are a number of systems available, and really, it is a matter of deciding what you think would suit your purposes. It is without control and no expectations. By adding in guides, crystals and other things that exert external control, aren't we messing with the flow and intent of universal life force energy? Just a question you may want to ask. The amount of time you spend with reiki and learning and using the symbols will make an enormous difference in how skilled you are as a practitioner.
